Billings School Safety Levies

Billings voters will see two permanent school safety levies on the ballot. A Billings High School District #2 Building Reserve Fund Safety levy and a Billings Elementary District #2 Building Reserve Fund Safety levy.  If passed, these safety levies would allow School District #2 to update and implement safety measures relating to things like building maintenance, alarm systems, gang prevention, dropout prevention, mental health services, school resource officers and more. The combined levies would cost approximately $60 per year ( $5 per month) for every $300,000 in home value and would raise approximately 5 million dollars a year. You can read more about the breakdown here.

A vote FOR these levies means you support the levies and want to see this permanent safety funding for Billings Public Schools.

A vote AGAINST means you do not support the levies and do not want to see permanent safety funding for Billings Public Schools.
