WHAT IS 128
Constitutional Initiative 128 (“128”) is a ballot initiative that prohibits the government from intruding on personal decisions about pregnancy, including abortion.
WHY MONTANANS SHOULD VOTE YES ON 128
Voting YES on 128 protects the right to abortion, especially in unthinkable situations like rape, incest, or when a woman’s life is at risk.
Montana is changing. Extreme politicians in Montana have made it their mission to take away our rights at every turn, introducing more than a dozen anti-abortion bills in the 2023 Legislative sessions alone. They have made it clear they want to interfere in our private decisions and ban abortion. We need to protect our rights before it is too late.
No matter what we might do when faced with this question, if it were our friend or family member, we would want them to be able to make the decisions for themselves.
We must protect Montana for ourselves and for future generations.
Vote YES on 128 this November to protect our freedom and right to make personal medical decisions.
